The full amount of the refund will be sent to your customer's credit or debit card in their local currency. You'll see the exchange rate in your order receipt for each app. This rate updates throughout the day, and conversion occurs each time an order is charged. Google uses the exchange rate at the time the order is placed to convert sales processed in the buyer's currency to the currency of your Google account. Payments for orders made in local currencies will follow your normal payment schedule. If the currency for the order doesn't match your payments profile, Google will convert the value to your currency. On the Order management page, you'll see the currency the buyer used to pay for the app and in-app purchases. You can't select the payment currency or receive payments in a currency other than the currency associated with your Google account or your domestic bank account. Customers will be charged in their local currency, but payments will be issued in the currency set in Play Console. If you make an app available in a location that supports a local currency, Google Play customers will see the app offered in that currency.
